Beat Döbeli HoneggerMindestens bei der ersten Lektüre bin ich von diesem Buch etwas enttäuscht. Ich hätte mehr Tiefgang erwartet. So habe ich beispielsweise das Gefühl, dass jemand der keine Vorstellung davon hat, was künstliche Intelligenz ist und kann, dies auch nicht in diesem Buch erklärt bekommt.

The Fourth Education RevolutionThe prediction that in the near future all jobs may be replaced by intelligent robots has so far not been felt by those professions involved with personal interaction. The education sector is about to start to feel the impact. The effect of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has already started with the improvement in educational technology; roll-calls, lesson enhancement, marking, and assessing have all been made easier. But AI will all too quickly develop adaptive data from such activities, exploiting statistics to mimic human reasoning to personalise the needs of an individual student - and then AI will morph into the role of intelligent tutor. Artificial Intelligence will move from better courseware to increasing levels of interaction with the learner. The impact of Artificial Intelligence has hardly begun but its effect will become all too apparent over the next few years and nowhere more so than in education. It is a revolution but one which will provide huge benefits to education.This books looks at the first three educational revolutions before turning to examine the impact of AI education for Primary Schools to Universities.
