Von Pierre Dillenbourg, Patrick Jermann, Armin Weinberger, Karsten Stegmann, Frank Fischer im Text A framework for integrated learning scripts (2004) The conflict class is a set of scripts which aim to trigger tough argumentation among group members by forming pairs of students with conflicting opinions (e.g. ArgueGraph – Jermann & Dillenbourg), by providing them with conflicting evidence or by asking them to play conflicting roles. The basic idea of cognitive conflict is that solving the conflict forces team members to reorganize their own knowledge structures.
