The complexity of worldwide information technology increases so much, that we lost control. The emergent phenomenons can be described as selforganizing. This can be seen in case of worldwide communication systems like Internet, which has a totally unexpected and selforganizing growth. Phenomenons like wanderers, spiders and firewalls can be seen as emergent properties in Internet. We want to discuss, how we can manage such complex systems. The main conclusion is, that we should stimulate complexity instead of trying to reduce it.
