Abstracts

We are now ready to investigate computation in the nervous system. As stated in Chapter 4, the internuncial marks the beginning of computation in the central nervous system. Comprised of universal or unspecialized sensors, internuncial neurons receive multiple inputs while emitting a single output, an 80 millivolt pulse.
